Biologics Product Support Lead  

 
   
   

Biologics Product Support Lead for Chesterfield, MO to lead design & coordination of laboratory and greenhouse experiments to support biologics product development and commercialization; define sustainability contributions of biologics commercial portfolio; drive digitalization of biologics products through introduction of predictive & prescriptive data science solutions; develop technical packages & presentations to educate and train internal and external stakeholders on biologics product capabilities and applications; test new biologics product applications to drive creation of integrated solutions & identify new uses, crops and geographies to generate value from existing portfolios; ensure technical quality of biologics products; lead interfaces with global field development stakeholders to ensure product support; lead cross-functional project teams in resolution of technical product issues; drive partnerships with external scientific collaborators & customers. Requires Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or closely-related field & 6 yrs experience communicating progress & research needs of plant protection projects to stakeholders; working with arable crops, including corn, soybean, and/or wheat, to drive technical positioning of crop efficiency and biocontrol products; leading and/or managing cross-functional research teams in resolving technical product issues; conducting laboratory and/or greenhouse experiments & field trials; communicating technical information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership; working with digital solutions to gain grower-relevant insights from technical data; and collaborating with commercial & strategy teams to identify grower needs and develop value proposition for customers. Will also accept Master’s in said fields & 9 yrs stated experience. Up to 10% U.S. and int’l travel req’d. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Chesterfield, MO 2 days per week.
