YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is the executive assistant to the Product Impact Capability Cluster Lead (製品戦略本部長)and the incumbent will also provide following support for the leaders and the teams under the Product Impact Capability Cluster:
- Scheduling and Coordination (meeting setup, invitations, logistics etc.)
- Administrations (accounting, procurement, mail-services, event prep.)
- Coordination and support for business guests, including global visitors
- Business travel arrangement and expense management
- Key point of contact for the capability cluster on company matters (nominations for events/projects, mailing lists etc.)
- Logistics for meetings, preparations for documents
- Participation in the initiatives in the capability cluster (often as PMO support)
- Onboarding, coordination and day-to-day advice to group assistants in the capability cluster
- Communication support (interpretation, and/or securing interpreters for meetings)
- Ad-hoc support for private matters, if needed by inpats etc
WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree or above
- Several years of experiences as an executive assistant for a senior leader in a global multi national company (MNC)
- Experience in working in a pharmaceutical industry is preferable but not mandatory
- High level of interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and coordination skills
- Professional handling of various issues, ensuring confidentiality
- Ability to gather information and make proposals
- Native level Japanese and Business level English
- Must have a very good command of IT skills
