Commercial Data Manager// Sales Excellence 

 
   
   

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Master Data Management: 

  • Internal master maintenance (Employee,Org,Product etc…)
  • HCO/HCP master maintenance (Inc. Ultmarc)
  • holesaler master maintenance
  • Secondary sales data cleansing
  • Biological sales data management
  • Territory management
  • Sales budget planning

 

Data Steward and Business Intelligence: 

  • Data steward (Inc. Consultation and Ad-hoc data extraction)
  • Development and maintenance of semantic layer data mart (Oracle)
  • Development and maintenance of HQ self BI (Tableau etc…)
  • Development and maintenance of field dashboard (Tableau)

 

Process and Outsourcer Management: 

  • Managing SOP
  • Prioritization
  • Securing operation quality, cost, delivery
  • Collaboration with global project and outsourcer

 

Stakeholder and Project Management:

  • Collaborate strongly with related stakeholders to manage master data 
  • Lead project to improve or newly develop BI dashboard

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or IT-related functions in pharmaceutical industry and experience in master data management 
  • Experience in SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) preferred
  • Experience in BI development in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in outsourcer management
  • Experience of working in a global pharmaceutical organization preferred
  • PMP preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 730 or above).
  • Must have Data handling skill (SQL)
  • Basic Computer skills (MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
  • BI development skill (Tableau / Tableau prep preferred) 
  • Deep knowledge of commercial data in pharmaceutical industry (e.g. JD/NHI, Ultmarc, IQVIA, Veeva CRM)
  • Strong in project management / process management skills
  • Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds

 

The working location is either in Tokyo or Osaka.
