KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Drives digital transformation in the commercial area from the technology perspective
  • Develop tech landscape and road map to maximize business value and accelerate the transformation alongside process and people upgrading
  • Lead global/local projects across functions and platform operations as a local owner of IMCM platform

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • At least 5 years experience in IT Development and strategy 
  • Experiences in designing enterprise level IT architecture and roadmap, managing large scale/complex projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship with wide-ranging stakeholders from senior to junior level
  • Seasoned pharma and healthcare industory knowledge
  • High business acumen
  • Fluent in Japanese and business English Level (Minimum TOEIC 860 and above)
  • Strategic planning and consultation skill 
  • Demonstration of multiple project management style, i.e. complex waterfall and nimble agile, preferable
