Oncology Key Institution Representative 




  • Create individual account plans and execute strategies and tactics based on account plan.
  • Penetrate marketing message ,gather customer insight for Key account and feedback marketing ,reflect on marketing strategy
  • Establish and build strong relationships with KOL for the future
  • Personalized and high impact engagement in Key accounts and seamless event invitation management, including speaker development,
  • Coordination of cross functional Bayer interactions





  • University degree or above
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Marketing or MSL experience is preferred
  • Oncology TA knowledge is essential 
  • High performance track record as MR
  • Working experience in HQ with company level view is preferred 
  • Experience with a diagnostic product is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial e.g. led new project
  • Curiosity in working in new settings
  • Japanese:  Native-level,  English: Business-level (TOEIC L&R 600 or equivalent) 
  • Interpersonal skills (Negotiation, Presentation, facilitation, questioning)
  • Analytical, logical thinking skills 



The working location is either in Tokyo or Osaka.
