YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive brand strategy development to maximize the sales potential of Bayer products
• Identify issues and opportunities to fully capture the business dynamics (obtaining customer insight via direct customer interaction is important)
• Manage budget & forecasting process, such that financial and market share objectives are appropriately set and achieved, working capital is optimized and internal controls and cost budget management are delivered
• Develop and implement TL engagement plan to maximize the value of product in peer to peer communication
• Strongly represent Japan in global brand teams and involve in global strategy
• Demonstrate strong accountability/responsibility as the CEO mindset in the product team
• Implement brand strategy to customer facing functions
• Analyze market potential of new products in order to evaluate the value of projects for decision making (collaborating with early commercialization team)

WHO YOU ARE:

• University degree or above
• Over three years experiences in pharma marketing and on the field with experience in Oncology (Lung Cancer)
• We prefer someone responsible for several therapeutic areas; inevitably having one or two product management experiences by him/herself in the pharmaceutical industry with due attention to compliance with regulations and promotion codes
• Having adaptable knowledge and practices to conduct portfolio planning and its evaluation of revenue cost profit, ensuring a balanced commercial and scientific aspects; experiences required in making strategic planning and short-term implementation with contingency measures
• Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to realize co work and cooperation with related parties concerned
• Native Japanese and Business English speaker
