Product Launch & Project Coordination Ma 

Position Purpose:

• The role ensures seamless coordination between Bayer, internal cross-functional teams, and the appointed external regulatory partner/ exploitant pharmaceutical establishment in Algeria.
• It focuses on driving project alignment, supporting efficient new product launches, and overseeing regulatory follow-up activities directly with the exploitant pharmaceutical establishment in charge of the execution of the regulatory activities, according to the applicable regulation in force.
• The position integrates three key responsibility areas: Internal Cross-Functional Alignment External Stakeholder Management & Launch Acceleration Monitoring of the Regulatory activities executed by the pharmaceutical exploitant establishment (non-operational)  

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Cross-Functional Alignment Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical, Quality, Legal, Finance, and global/regional teams.
• Ensure departments remain synchronized on launch plans, critical paths, and readiness requirements.
• Proactively identify internal gaps and risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive clarity, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide high‑level progress updates and strategic insights to leadership teams.
• External Stakeholder Management & Launch Acceleration In compliance with the applicable regulation in force and Bayer policies, Serve as the coordination lead between Bayer, the external partner, and other external stakeholders. 
• Ensure fast, clear, and structured information flow to accelerate new product introductions and lifecycle milestones.
• Drive time‑to‑market optimization through strong follow-up, issue resolution, and alignment across internal and external teams.
• Anticipate constraints, remove obstacles, and facilitate decision-making to keep launch timelines on track.
• Consolidate and present strategic updates for internal leadership (no routine admin work).
• Monitoring of the Regulatory activities executed by the pharmaceutical exploitant establishment (Non-Operational, Non-Submission) (Fully compliant with Algerian law — no regulatory tasks performed by Bayer) Act as the central coordination point with the external regulatory partner/exploitant pharmaceutical establishment to support new product introductions and lifecycle milestones.
• In close collaboration with the exploitant pharmaceutical establishment in charge executing all regulatory activities, monitor the progress of registrations, renewals, variations, and authority requests handled externally.
• Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and recommend mitigation actions.
• Ensure timely completion of internal reviews, approvals, and signatures required for externally executed submissions.
• Provide high‑level law and regulatory (veille réglementaire) statusupdates in Algeria for leadership and regional/global teams.
• Strategic Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and the external stakholders.
• Ensure transparent, timely, and solution-oriented communication across all stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic summaries, insights, and leadership briefings as required (not administrative reports).
