C2C CORE Jr. Subject Matter Leader
POSITION PURPOSE:
As a C2C CORE Junior Subject Matter Leader, you will support the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements team in preparing and implementing the CORE template across various countries. You will play a key role in testing new system functionalities, guiding users, and coordinating with global stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure successful implementation and data migration.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements team in preparation and implementation tasks
- Prepare and co-drive fit-to-template workshops for CORE template implementation;
Test new system functionalities and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) - Conduct exploratory testing
- Guide and support users in implementing new functionalities
- Document processes
- Coordinate with global stakeholders regarding implementation
- Collaborate with third-party providers
- Manage cutover activities and data migration.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management, specifically Pricing &Commercial Agreements, or equivalent progressive working experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management,
particularly in managing pricing and commercial agreements in SAP - Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to embrace change and work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and availability to travel.
