DevOps Engineer 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DevOps Engineer is responsible for full cycle of GxP Validation. Able to create UAT/IQ and help the users to execute the UAT.
• Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing for enterprise applications, ensuring defect-free deployments.
• Execute IQs, version-wise UAT documentation, and SQL queries in MSSQL for data validation.
• Handle application tickets in ServiceNow (IT4U Incidents & Service Requests), ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and production issue resolution.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and UAT.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
• Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, Cypress) – good to have.
• Ability to create or maintain basic automated scripts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
