Senior AI Engineer 

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to be a core builder within the Agentic Beacon initiative. This role is for a technical powerhouse who excels at building autonomous systems, optimizing large-scale retrieval pipelines, and maintaining production-grade LLMOps. You will be responsible for turning complex designs into scalable, agentic realities, ensuring our AI products are fast, reliable, and standardized.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Agentic Development: Build and deploy sophisticated multi-agent workflows and Agentic RAG systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• System Scaling & Performance: Implement the backend logic and distributed processing required to scale agentic tasks across enterprise-level workloads.
• OpenSearch Optimization: Own the implementation of vector search and indexing strategies, ensuring high-performance retrieval for datasets involving 500+ entity clusters.
• Hands-on DevOps/LLMOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services. Responsible for containerization (Docker/K8s) and implementing robust tracing and monitoring (e.g., LangSmith, Azure AI, or AWS SageMaker).
• Agentic Accelerators: Develop modular code and reusable components (SDKs) that serve as "accelerators" to move projects quickly from the Design phase to production.
• Standardization: Apply industry-standard best practices to the UI/UX and testing frameworks of AI agents to ensure a consistent and reliable user experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

Must-Haves

• Python Mastery (Hands-on):  Expert-level Python development. Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, FastAPI/Flask, and writing production-ready, modular code.
• SQL & Data Modeling: Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data retrieval, schema design, and managing relational databases in conjunction with AI applications.
• AI & Agentic Expertise: Proven track record of building Agentic loops (ReAct pattern, planning, tool-use) and advanced RAG pipelines.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI infrastructure on either AWS (Bedrock/SageMaker) or Azure (OpenAI Service/AI Studio).
• Vector Search: Practical experience with OpenSearch or similar vector databases; ability to design retrieval strategies for large-scale data exports.
• DevOps Toolkit: Proficiency with GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Terraform/IaC, and containerization (Docker).
• Testing & Validation: Experience building automated testing frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs to ensure system reliability.

Good-To-Have

• Advanced NLP: Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing, including experience with NER, sentiment analysis, and semantic chunking.
• Expert Prompt Engineering: Mastery of advanced prompting techniques (Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thought) and systematic prompt versioning.
• Agentic Ecosystems: Familiarity with emerging patterns like self-reflection loops and multi-modal agents.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Experience with PEFT or LoRA for domain-specific model optimization.
• Knowledge Graphs: Exposure to combining Graph Databases with RAG to improve agentic reasoning.
• Enterprise Security: Understanding of AI security (prompt injection mitigation, PII masking).
