Senior Process Associate 

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Process Associate is a position with a focus on executing both operational and non-operational tasks. The role involves adherence to compliance policies, implying a need for attention to detail, training on specific tasks, and a commitment to following established guidelines.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expertise in handling Master Data process:

• Requires a deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and compliance standards relevant to the industry.

Ensuring completion of requests within SLA:

• Involves managing and processing requests received through Master Data Governance (MDG) and email within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Resolving queries within agreed TAT:

• Addressing and resolving queries received in a generic mailbox within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).

Connecting with Global Working Groups:

• Collaborating with different working groups globally to address and resolve queries.

Managing Peak/Off Peak volumes:

• Handling variations in workload and ensuring support during peak periods, managing additional volumes efficiently.

Optimizing workflows and stakeholder relationships:

• Streamlining processes and improving relationships with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in MDM

Providing day-to-day support to Business Operations:

• Offering ongoing support to ensure seamless business operations within or outside the Global Business Services center in India (GBS-IN).

Ensuring Data Quality:

• Focusing on maintaining the quality of data to meet the needs of both the specific line of business and the overall organization.

 WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree required
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or General Services. Master Data Management experience is an added advantage
