SiMD Scrum Master 

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAFe Certified Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and guiding our Agile software product teams in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring that the agreed-upon Agile processes are followed and helping the team to achieve their goals through continuous improvement and collaboration.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Educate and coach the team on Agile principles, SAFe practices, and various frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming.
• Support the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and non-agile teams on effective interactions with Agile teams.
• Promote SAFe quality practices and ensure built-in quality in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other product teams to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.
• Continuously improve the flow of value in Agile teams by embracing Lean techniques and tools.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and SAFe certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably in software development or IT projects.
• Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams to become self-managed.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GxP / Validation processes.
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Preferred -

• Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry or MedTech background.
• Technical experience with Azure Cloud development, IoT platforms, Java Script or similar technologies.
