Solution Architect 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall technical design of the ITOM product and mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements
• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented in coordination with the respective stakeholders
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
• Align and coordinate with Technical Governance Board (SAB) to ensure Application design fits to platform architecture
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints for the respective Product/Application
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform
• Develop and present business case material for Stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects

WHO YOU ARE:

• University degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
• Expert technical knowledge of ServiceNow, especially in topics related to ITOM (CMDB Discovery, Event Management, …)
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Multiple years of experience in working with internal and external stakeholders and/or managing external providers
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
