Subject Matter Expert
POSITION PURPOSE
The Technical Application Administrator for Esker is responsible for the support, operation, and maintenance of the Esker application, which is hosted on a SaaS platform.
This role involves managing the core application along with various satellite systems and functional modules supporting different types of business processes in context of S2P or C2C.
The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and demonstrate the ability to ensure seamless application performance and availability.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Management, support of technical scripts and interfaces
- Management global application configuration
- Configuration inbound and outbound channels
- Management scheduled tasks
- Satellites and interface monitoring
- Monitoring and handling of system and security events
- Management of UI configurations
- Creation new workspace
- Deployment of Esker objects in Esker and through Azure DevOps
- Control and documentation activities in line with IT Risk Management and Compliance
- Handling of issues and new requirements concerning inbound/ outbound processes and data exchanges
- Coordination and planning of Esker releases also along with review and understanding of the product release notes
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management:
- Oversee the daily operation of the Esker application, its modules and satellite systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor application performance metrics and continuous improvements of monitoring concept according to the operational needs.
- Coordinate application updates and deployments.
- Manage the integration of Esker and its modules with other internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and Incident Management for Esker, addressing and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and business impacts caused by issues.
- Collaborate with internal and IT teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures, application configurations and best practises
- This role may require occasional on-call support and availability during non-standard business hours, especially during month-end periods.

WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree or equivalent education
- Strong IT background and capabilities to build deep system understanding
- Experience in Service Management and support organizations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive attitude
- Experience in coordination, (e.g. through international projects or teams)
- Languages: Fluent English
