(Senior) Territory Manager |

Major tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure that sales forecasts are met.
- Work with Sales Mgr. to ensure pull through of managed care strategies with customers.
- Work with Sales Mgr. to assess sales performance and market trends and suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance.
- Analyze market regularly, identify problems and opportunities to enable to set realistic objectives to improve overall productivity in responsible areas.
- Work with others functions as appropriate to coordinate selling effort.
- Arrange call plan to visit doctors/customers and implement as set.
- Make presentations or educate to doctors, practice staff, and pharmacists or customers by using sales aids with effectiveness.
- Organize conferences or activities for doctors/ other medical staff/customer according to sales plan.
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with doctors, medical and other healthcare professionals or customers.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management.
- Plan work, schedules and daily/weekly/monthly timetables. This may involve with sales team meeting or discussion.
- Organize group events for medical or healthcare professional or customers.
- Update customer data consistently or as need.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science or medical science or related field.
- Minimum 5 year working experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency and computer literacy.
- Possess selling and negotiation skills.
- Be able to establish and present professional education programs with a focus on customer needs.
- Be results oriented with demonstrated time management.
- Be able to identify, prioritize and target key customers.
- Be able to work as a team member.
