Bayer, a leading global life science company, is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager – Consumer Health to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing and brand development of our consumer health products, playing a crucial part in delivering our ambitious growth plans

 

 

What you'll be doing

As Marketing Manager – Consumer Health, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful brand strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading new product launches and market expansion initiatives for both local and global brands

  • Collaborating with global teams through the NPD (New Product Development) process to ensure successful and timely launches

  • Developing strategic marketing plans and annual budgets for assigned brands

  • Monitoring brand performance, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability

  • Creating compelling promotional materials that align with brand objectives and compliance standards

  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine strategies

  • Planning and executing launch activities across medical, trade, and consumer channels

  • Driving communication strategy and alignment across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, BCC)

  • Designing and delivering training programs for medical and retail representatives

  • Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance brand presence in both medical and drugstore channels

  • Serving as the central point for marketing intelligence and insight sharing

  • Identifying market opportunities and supporting long-term forecasting and brand growth initiatives

 

 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in OTC or consumer health

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
