Senior Partner Asia BET 

 
   
   

Major Tasks & Main Purpose

The right candidate will be expected to drive the following with the support of the fluid Asia BET.

 

 

Support steering of Asia BET alignment to the five‑year plan

Together with the BET Lead translate the five‑year strategic objectives into a clear regional roadmap, milestones and prioritized initiatives for product, tech and GTM teams with support from the cluster BET leads. Use bottom-up approach to document the progress of the milestones.

 

Communication and executive reporting

Produce concise, data-backed regional updates for senior leadership and create one‑pagers, investment memos and roadmaps for stakeholders working with representatives of the workstreams.

 

Maintain a cohesive regional narrative

Co-craft a single, persuasive story to be used across leadership, product, marketing and sales, based on strategy, customer insights and country feedback.

 

Support country-level GTM transformation

Partner with country leads to design, pilot and scale GTM plays (pricing, channel, onboarding, growth loops) that map to the regional plan and local market realities.

 

Stakeholder management and governance

Maintain active alignment with regional leadership, country heads and central teams through steering, cadence decks and decision logs in partnership with the BET lead.

 

Translate and scale local learnings

Capture successful country experiments, codify playbooks and enable rapid replication across other markets in partnership with BET colleagues.

 

Risk identification and mitigation

Proactively identify strategic, technical and adoption risks; and escalate critical issues in time.

 

Strategic partner to Product and Technical teams

Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Technical teams wherever needed, synthesizing inputs into a unified and compelling regional narrative.

 

Global Project Asia Representation

Take turns to represent Asia in the global projects that come up as we continue to mature in the DSO ways of working to ensure apt resources and environment for our teams, like other BET members.

 

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Full time MBA in Marketing.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business enabling or consultation roles.
  • Past exposure to working with teams beyond one country in Asia.
  • High aptitude to influence without authority.
  • Strategic mindset, customer focus, drives vision & purpose, and strong networking & collaboration skills.
