Job Description Summary
Leads and manages a team of sales representatives within a specific geographic region to achieve sustainable targets. Plans short-term and mid-term business strategies in collaboration with other functional teams. Prepares and implements a business plan aimed at achieving the specified business strategy and agreed sales targets. Manages team performance and fosters a productive team culture and working environment. Ensures the appropriate skill level within the team and promotes talent development (the DSO approach will evolve this). Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Understands and shapes the expected customer experience through the team’s efforts.
Purpose:

Your Task and Responsibility:
- To Create Key customers with the strategies given from CS & convenience the customers to achieve the revenue targets with designated Key Accounts of private and public
- Responsible for identifying the opportunities with various customers in country of various crops like fruits & Vegetable, rice, plantations, and Industry
- Establish professional relations with the key customers to turn them into CS partner who can be more efficient in farm operations and achieve produce in terms of MRLs and other regulatory standards
- Plan and conceptualize the strategies in reaching & establishing professional designated key accounts to create clear opportunities to the portfolio of CS as crops/IB.
- Guide the countries in cluster on approach to achieve the goals of cluster wide and crop strategies which should be implemented in the countries.
- Manage and network with the key customer of respective Stake holders, corporate• Responsible for the development of solutions suitable to the country and customers to achieve trust of the customers to realize the sales channel
- Act as key interface between the customer and all relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Focus on developing and growth of the existing business while looking for new business opportunities.
- Analyze , develop, execute and control annual sales budget for responsible areas.
- Support and coach the team to ensure the achievement of target at the agreed timeframe.
- Regularly investigate market situation via business trip , report , meeting a source for any deemed necessary actions.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Preferably 15 to 20 years’ experience in Marketing, sales and/or key account
• Proven sales and key account management record
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Technical superiority in agricultural practices and also in commercials
• Selling and negotiation skills
• People and influencing skills
• High determination and drive for results
• High level of enthusiasm and tenacity
