Sr. Key Account Manager |

Bayer Thailand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Eylea portfolio and strengthen hospital partnerships across Thailand.
What You Will Do:
• Lead formulary listing and hospital tender activities for Eylea and related ophthalmology products.
• Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Develop account strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure access to Bayer’s ophthalmic innovations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Customer teams to execute business plans effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to sustain leadership in the ophthalmology segment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/account management experience, preferably in hospital or ophthalmology field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
