Sr. Medical Advisor 

 
   
   

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Medical Advisor to lead and drive medical excellence across Bayer’s Oncology portfolios in Thailand. This position plays a key leadership role in developing and implementing medical strategies that support our brands such as Nubeqa and Stivarga and upcoming product launches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory, to ensure that our medical initiatives are scientifically sound, ethically compliant, and aligned with global and local business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and execute medical strategies for assigned therapeutic areas (Oncology).
• Provide scientific and medical expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and investigators.
• Review and approve promotional and scientific materials to ensure compliance with medical standards.
• Drive investigator-initiated research (IIR) and support local and regional clinical studies.
• Coach and develop Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to ensure medical and scientific excellence.
• Participate in advisory board meetings, medical congresses, and publication planning.
• Act as an Agile Coach to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Medical Affairs team.


Qualifications


• Doctor of Medicine, Pharmacist, or Master's/PhD degree in Allied Healthcare fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital, clinical research, or medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific knowledge in oncology.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders effectively.
