Territory Manager 

 
   
   

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly investigate market situation via business trip, report, meeting and other information sources for any deemed necessary      actions

• Develop and deploy resources to ensure efficient support to achieve the target

• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sufficient and efficient supports to achieve the target under        the company direction

• Regularly visit customers to build and sustain good relationship and business

• Provide and regularly update a monthly rolling sales forecast to Area Sales Manager

 

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture or Business Administration

• 1-3 year-experience in sales / promoter in Agrochemical market

• Sufficient skills in negotiation, problem solving, decision making and coaching

• Sufficient command of English

• Management skill particularly in planning, executing, controlling, communicating, and coaching

• Initiative thinking, self-motivated, cooperative
