Clinical Feasibility Data Scientist
Position purpose
Support protocol framing, analyze feasibility surveys, and develop visualizations to optimize clinical trials. This role involves scenario analysis, process improvement, and collaboration to enhance site performance and recruitment metrics.

Major tasks and responsibilities of position
- Support protocol framing and feasibility survey analysis with setup and administration of online surveys and status reports
- Provide support for visualization development as well as offer new ideas to enhance analytics in TFA
- Identify areas for continuous processes improvement
- Support scenario analysis using internal and external data with appropriate modelling techniques to develop alternate scenarios with optimal site and country distribution based on robust data-driven rational
- Support team to ensure that internal and benchmark data are systematically collected, stored and shared for performance measurement and retrospective analysis
- Implement DSO behaviors by acting as role model for focus on outcome; you are a catalyst for agile and product-centered way of working, collaborate with accountability, co-create for customers; act, learn fast and evolve.

- Head TFA and TFA team members
- Related CD&O and R&D functions, including platform companies
- External vendors/suppliers (e.g. business and competitive intelligence) where required
Qualifications
- Master`s degree (or equivalent)
- Understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning and other forms of AI, deep learning, and data-driven modelling
- Ability to follow design and data requirements in support for clinical feasibility
- Experience in at least one programming language: R or Python as well as experience in database management
- Ability to select appropriate analysis techniques and summarize results according to available data and technology
- Ability to work on multiple projects, often accountable to multiple functions
- Strong ability to self-organize, collaborate effectively without hierarchical authority and with accountability, pro-active and inclusive mindset, strong display of DSO behaviors
- Strong communication, fluent in written and spoken English
