This role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of analytical and automation solutions tailored for finance, contributing to process improvements and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Development: Assist in the development and implementation of analytical and automation solutions that meet the specific needs of finance.
• Compliance Support: Help ensure that solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial accounting and tax operations. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing accuracy and reliability.
• Project Support: Support the execution of projects, ensuring that solutions are developed according to best practices. Provide assistance in troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in learning and development activities to enhance personal skills and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and compliance of financial accounting and tax solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and provide support in addressing business needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years of experience in Finance, accounting or related fields, with a background in analytics and automation.
• Functional Knowledge: Understanding of financial accounting and tax processes, including regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of analytics and automation technologies & programming languages (SQL & Python), including data analytics platforms, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and related tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to strategies that align with business goals.
• CExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within teams and with stakeholders.
• Basic project management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and understand their functional requirements.
