In Global Controlling Solutions, we are looking to integrate an Expert across our different processes. You will contribute to the fulfillment of our outcomes of providing our data.one users the best customer experience and to ensure operational excellence for the activities being performed in our capability community 

Your tasks and Responsibilities  

As an Expert, you will:

•    Lead and coach colleagues across workstreams with a focus on co-creation and shared accountability — enabling teams to take joint ownership of outcomes to support data.one community
•    Act as the first internal escalation, guiding peers to resolve end-user questions and incidents collaboratively and escalating to IT, Global, or other stakeholders when it is required.
•    Continuously assess and strengthen capability by ensuring colleagues have the right process and tool knowledge; enable peer-to-peer learning, curated knowledge assets, and co-developed trainings in partnership with the Knowledge Manager.
•    Partner with Business Support & Solutions (BSS) and cross-functional teams in iterative rollout testing, enhancements and organizational projects (for example: integrating new GBS procedures, defining process steps, and automating manual tasks).
•    Drive quality and innovation by promoting metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction and increase value across the Controlling community.

Major tasks and responsibilities

•    Ensure fulfillment of the SLA through co-owned operational governance to secure predictable, transparent service for data.one users.
•    Perform, harmonize and align processes across the capability community to strengthen synergies and minimize handoffs — enabling seamless value streams and ownership clarity.
•    Serve as an internal escalation and coordination point for end-user inquiries and complex situations, facilitating cross-team resolution and documenting agreed outcomes.
•    Maintain and grow institutional knowledge within the team: proactively identify knowledge gaps, co-create training curricula and knowledge assets with the Knowledge Manager, and foster a community of practice for continuous learning.
•    Champion process optimizations and tool adoption — build functional expertise and promote the use of Power BI, automations and other tooling to increase data quality, speed, and transparency.

WHO YOU ARE 

•    Good knowledge of the end-to-end Controlling Processes, optionally financial background.
•    Good knowledge of project methodology and experience in the projects development phases will be appreciated.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with stakeholders.
•    IT systems oriented, with a high knowledge of Business Warehouse environments and SAP. Also, AI and analytics literacy is a plus.
•    Ability to lead meetings and presentations in an international environment.
•    Strong collaborator with comprehension for teamwork in international settings.
•    Analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and self-motivated.
•    Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.
