Outcomes and purpose

  • Deliver annual Sales Plan in the Area defined with partner distributors : Sell In
  • Plan Sell Out activities to reach customers farmers thanks to Distributors Partners
  • Implement plan to secure business growth for our integrated solutions : CP , Biological, Seeds and Digital.

Accountability

    • The accountability for this role includes delivering distributor sales plans, driving the successful implementation of push and pull campaigns, developing distribution partnerships, and sharing market intelligence to drive innovations within the DSO framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver distributor sales plans, integrating product lines to drive transformation within the DSO environment.
  • Own and drive the implementation of push and pull campaigns with distributors, ensuring shared responsibility and coordination within the DSO framework.
  • Actively participate in defining distribution partnerships and building strong alliances aligned with Bayer's solutions and DSO principles.
  • Share market intelligence, participate in Customer Facing Squad projects, and influence distribution partner roles within CFS teams, contributing to innovations and solutions offer.
  • Co-create the best solutions for the farmer and effective strategies with the team, optimizing resources and maximizing opportunities.

 

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in agronomy or similar
  • At least 5 years of Commercial experience and management of the distribution network in the geographical area
  • Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of local market environment.
  • Knowledge of corn and vineyard crops is recommended.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Result Oriented
  • Digital Farming skills, and Computer skills
  • Team Player
  • Fluent Spanish, and basic in English
  • Residence in Galicia (preferably Coruña/Lugo).
