YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a digital solutions expert with a strong foundation in both computer science and finance, you lead and enable the digital transformation of finance and transfer pricing activities within the Swiss Country Platform; You focus on designing and implementing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency and data-driven decision making across tax, finance, accounting and controlling functions; By developing and applying creative ideas, analytical thinking and fit-for-purpose digital tools, you add tangible value to the development and management of innovative business models as well as to operational finance processes; You identify needs, contribute to the design of holistic solutions, support their development and implementation, and provide transfer pricing support where required, ensuring that successful solutions can be leveraged at group level;
KEY TASKS:
- Optimize transfer price monitoring, setting and steering processes through digital solutions that ensure arm’s-length remuneration of group companies and compliance with foreign and domestic tax regulations;
- Identify, design and implement digital solutions for the Swiss Country Platform across tax, finance, accounting and controlling processes to improve process quality, transparency, automation and data-based decision making;
- Identify and mitigate financial, compliance and transfer pricing risks by monitoring profitability, data quality and relevant finance and tax indicators, and by designing digital controls and dashboards that enable proactive risk management;
- Collaborate closely with tax, finance, accounting, controlling and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital tools, including data models, analytics solutions and workflow automation;
- Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of digital solutions that support transfer pricing, including data collection, documentation, reporting and scenario analysis;
- Provide expert guidance and training to finance and tax colleagues on the use of digital tools, fostering a culture of digital innovation and data literacy across the Swiss Country Platform;
- Ensure that digital solutions and related processes comply with internal policies, external regulatory requirements and best practices in data governance, information security and documentation;
- Share best practices and lessons learned with global finance and tax communities, enabling reuse and scaling of successful digital solutions across the wider organization.
WHO YOU ARE
- Professional experience at the intersection of finance, tax and digital solutions, ideally with exposure to transfer pricing, financial planning, accounting or controlling in an international environment;
- Strong technical knowledge in computer science, data analytics or a related digital discipline, combined with a solid understanding of finance and tax processes and requirements;
- Proven ability to design, implement and maintain digital tools and solutions (for example dashboards, data models, automation scripts or workflow applications) that improve process efficiency and decision support;
- Experience working with modern data and analytics technologies, such as databases, business intelligence tools, scripting languages or low-code platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a high degree of curiosity, creativity and a passion for driving digital innovation in finance and tax;
- High level of personal initiative, resilience and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, international environment;
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
