Internship (m/f/d) Global Accounting and AI & Predictive Decision Science 

 
   
   

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Embark on a transformative journey with our Global Accounting and AI & Predictive Decision Science internship. Duration: At least 6 months (extension to 12 months may be possible). This role offers hands-on experience in a global finance environment, supporting digitalization and automation initiatives. You will gain applied exposure to Anaplan as an enterprise performance management tool and contribute to data and analytics projects that enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and innovation across finance.

 

KEY TASKS:

  • In the first phase, gain applied experience with Anaplan and the AI & Predictive Decision Science team while supporting Global Accounting in digitalizing and automating the impairment testing process;
  • Experience end-to-end global impairment tests for Consumer Health and Pharma, developing a broader strategic perspective at the global level;
  • In the second phase, work closely with the AI & Predictive Decision Science team on data and analytics projects;
  • Support data preparation, analysis, and visualization activities;
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives;
  • Assist with documentation and testing of digital solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into practical analytical outputs.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field;
  • Strong interest in digital finance, automation, data, and analytics;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise tools such as Anaplan and work in a cross-functional environment;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured working style;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools is an advantage;
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and working knowledge of Python;
  • Fluent in English.
