|||||
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the global transformation leader who embeds a sell‑out–anchored, AI‑enabled steering model across Consumer Health; As Global Process Manager (GPM), you own, evolve, and scale the Predictive Business Steering (PBS) process so that markets, supply, and finance act on one predictive, unbiased truth from consumption (sell‑out) signals to S&OP alignment and financial forecast integration; In this role, you help turn predictive insight into commercial impact, accelerate adoption in markets, and orchestrate senior stakeholders around the ONE NUMBER principle; You directly influence market growth, service levels, and ROI of activations by making consumption‑led forecasting and investment decisions the enterprise standard; You operate across all PBS roll‑out waves, advising country and cluster leadership and partnering in cross‑functional forums where strategy, demand, supply, and finance converge; PBS is one of Consumer Health’s most consequential shifts—moving the organization from internally biased plans to AI‑powered, predictive steering with ONE NUMBER and an end‑to‑end forecasting calendar; as the global lead, you turn that design into reality.

- Lead the evolution of PBS by translating strategic themes into pragmatic process improvements and enhancements;
- Drive global alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, BI&A, and Tech so that all stakeholders steer on a single predictive, unbiased truth;
- Manage PBS demand, evolution, and support, balancing global standards with local needs and maturity levels;
- Orchestrate Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, BI&A, and Tech around one predictive truth, representing market realities into global design and bringing global design back into markets;
- Lead adoption through the “messy middle” by enabling local champions and change agents, codifying best practices, and tailoring approaches for markets at different stages of maturity;
- Institutionalize the ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic across markets and planning cycles, embedding them into forecasting and steering routines;
- Provide expert support to local champions and change agents to ensure consistent rollout of PBS best practices and build sustainable predictive steering capabilities across Consumer Health.
