Predictive Business Steering - Lead (m/f/d) |
|||||
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the global transformation leader who turns AI-powered prediction into commercial reality across Consumer Health. As Work-Team Lead for Predictive Business Steering (PBS), you will own, evolve, and scale one of Consumer Health's most consequential shifts. You will champion a model that breaks down silos, creates cross-functional alignment, and delivers significantly enhanced transparency starting from consumer demand to financial forecast so that markets, supply, and finance act on ONE NUMBER: a single predictive, unbiased truth anchored in sell-out signals.
This is a builder's role at genuine scale. You'll take a proven concept, one that already generates unbiased predictive market signals with high (over 85%) accuracy through our Foresight tool already operating in 15 markets and drive its adoption across every roll-out wave. You will advise country and cluster leadership, orchestrate senior stakeholders, and partner in the cross-functional forums where strategy, demand, supply, and finance converge. Your work will directly influence market growth, service levels, and the ROI of activations by making predictive, consumption-led forecasting and dynamic resource shifting3 the enterprise standard. If you're energized by turning bold design into operational impact—and by paving the 'Road to Billions'4—this is where you make it happen.
KEY TASKS:
- Oversee and ensure consistency of the global PBS process, including sell‑out–anchored forecasting, constrained volume planning, S&OP linkages, and financial reconciliation;
- Lead the evolution of PBS by translating strategic themes into pragmatic process improvements and enhancements;
- Drive global alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, BI&A, and Tech so that all stakeholders steer on a single predictive, unbiased truth;
- Manage PBS demand, evolution, and support, balancing global standards with local needs and maturity levels;
- Orchestrate Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, BI&A, and Tech around one predictive truth, representing market realities into global design and bringing global design back into markets;
- Lead adoption through the “messy middle” by enabling local champions and change agents, codifying best practices, and tailoring approaches for markets at different stages of maturity;
- Institutionalize the ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic across markets and planning cycles, embedding them into forecasting and steering routines;
- Provide expert support to local champions and change agents to ensure consistent rollout of PBS best practices and build sustainable predictive steering capabilities across Consumer Health.
