Product Supply Gross Margin Cost Strategy Leader m/f/d 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Join us in driving transformative change! We're seeking a skilled leader for the role of Gross Margin Cost Strategy Leader in our Consumer Health division. You'll spearhead initiatives to optimize gross margin costs by 2% annually.

 

Key Tasks:

 

  • Strategic Visionary: Collaborate with senior leaders on program strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance gross margin cost efficiency.
  • Leadership in Strategy Execution: Oversee gross margin cost strategy execution, prioritize initiatives, and manage the Strategy PMO for seamless project delivery.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor business performance and program progress, identifying trends and insights, promptly addressing issues.
  • Program Steering: Establish program governance processes and frameworks to ensure that initiatives are executed in a structured manner.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships for successful strategic initiatives.
  • Change Management Champion: Drive change management strategies and foster innovation.
  • Transparent Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on program status and performance.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure optimal resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Lead Key Initiatives: Drive critical programs such as Smart Portfolio for COGS optimization.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing in a Pharma, OTC (over the counter) drug, medical device and / or nutritional supplement environment
  • 10+ years' experience in strategy or project management.
  • Financial acumen
  • Certification in project management preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and project management tools.
  • Passion for talent development and mentorship.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
