YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Brand Management and Development: Possess brand awareness and a strong interest in creating an outstanding consumer brand with high standards. Develop long-term brand strategies that align with brand positioning and drive the implementation of these strategies across multiple channels for sustained brand growth.
  • Consumer Insights and Brand Differentiation Strategy: Generate consumer insights based on a deep understanding of online consumers and the evolution of various channels, along with continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities. Formulate brand differentiation strategies, manage product lifecycle and portfolio strategies, and actively seek new business opportunities. Develop and implement integrated brand strategies, optimize digital channel selection, and enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency through annual brand health tracking.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy Planning and Digital Operations: Establish capabilities for omnichannel digital operations. Based on channel layout and product characteristics, develop integrated channel strategies and action plans for the brand across different channels to achieve business objectives. Clearly define the brand's image positioning and promotional strategies in each channel, drive brand implementation across multiple channels, and utilize digital means to engage users and enhance brand influence. Take responsibility for the omnichannel business results of the assigned brand, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop a reasonable channel marketing promotion budget, allocate it appropriately based on channel and regional conditions, and ensure the effectiveness and compliance of promotion expenses.
  • As a VACC leader, possess the ability to attract, motivate, develop, and retain diverse professionals. Within the team, guide and enable new ways of working, including 90-day outcome, DSO, and continuous improvement.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with preference given to those with OTC product experience and e-commerce business management experience.
  • Excellent market analysis and research capabilities.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities, able to collaborate with different departments.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion.
