YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Explore and develop innovative market expansion business model in broad market, such as township health center beyond current customer engagement team coverage , to find and create the new competitive advantage of company. Support PH China business transformation to manage the ambiguity and seize the opportunities according to China Medical Reform.
  • Develop the portfolio solution of Bayer products in broad market in cooperate with marketing, medical and other supporting functions. Deep understand customer needs Develop and pilot innovative program to build ecosystem to meet customer needs more efficiently and effectively.
  • Formulate the channel sales and CSO engagement strategy in national wide according to Bayer PH long term and short-term business strategy. Anticipate market & policy trend and build strategic partnership with stakeholders, along the market access value chain to ensure product availability. Expand our market coverage and penetrate into downstream market simultaneously.
  • Lead and manage hospital channels in the target cities by manage joint strategic partnership with external CSO partners, manage Hospital KOLs to drive advocacy through scientific engagement in key regions. Partnership with CSO to achieve Key KPIs and gain market share sustainably.
  • Build up Bayer & Joint partnership team customer excellence competency leveraging Bayer & External resources. Develop consistent data driven monitoring system with CSO Partner to deliver Key KPIs with transparency.
  • Develop specific plan leverage CSO to mitigate existing & anticipate future VBP impact.
  • Lead and influence a high-performance team culture. Drive innovation. Ensure all actions of the team and CSO partners are aligned with Bayer’s values, relevant compliance guidelines and other regulations.
  • KPIs includes: Sell Out, Market share, Strategic Hospital & Community Hospital Penetration, incremental KOL Pools & Engagement Score.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA preferred). Specialization in Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business preferred.
  • More than 8 years management experience with healthcare experience or market access strategy / marketing role with leading MNC Pharma co.
  • Good understanding of healthcare reform agenda and business drivers in China;
  • Strong strategic mindsets and deep business insights; strongly in managing ambiguity and high complexity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, data driven decision making, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill with proven ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Native Chinese speakers, and good written, verbal skills and presentation skills in English
