Maintenance Engineer 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for on-line standby maintenance and troubleshooting during shift to ensure machine running well to meet targets on shift output, product quality and machine efficiency via close collaboration with related departments including production operators.负责当班设备在线维护和故障解决，确保设备运转可靠，与相关部门紧密合作，实现设备效率、产品质量和当班产量目标。
• Responsible for collecting machine breakdown data / information during shift, and do root cause analysis and make CAPA(Corrective Action and Preventive Action) with team together to improve machine reliability. 对当班设备故障数据进行收集和原因分析，与团队一起研讨制订纠 正措施和预防措施，有效提高设备可靠性。
• Responsible for developing FMEA risk analysis according to maintenance experience and machine performance, optimize and execute PM regularly based on FMEA result and machine status.基于维护经验和设备性能 发展设备的失效模式和影响分析，并基于FEMA结果和设备状态，优化和定期执行预 防维护计划。
• Responsible for maintaining SAP/FAM system to ensure all maintenance data are recorded correctly and can be tracked well.负责 SAP/FAM 系统的记录，确保所有维护数据都有记录和可追踪。
• Responsible for following up GMP requirement strictly, ensureall maintenance records/document/data integrity, and supporting change management execution both on Technical and GMP, including equipment qualification and validation.严格执行GMP要求，确保所有维护记录、文件和数 据的完整性。支持技术和GMP变更的执行，包括设备确认和验证。
• Responsible for following up HSE requirement strictly, identify and avoid the HSE risks in maintenance environment with team efforts to ensure safety environment and zero accident target.严格执行HSE 要求，与团队一起识别并避免各种维修环境下的HSE风险，确保安全和零事故。

WHO YOU ARE

• College degree or comparable education of Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical relevant background, at least more than 4 years’ packaging equipment maintenance experience, having strong practical ability; 机电一体化、电气、自动化等相关专业，专科以上学历，四年以上包装设备维护工作经验，动手能力强;
• Clear logic, strong learning ablitliy, and capablity to handle technical complexity and give solutions; 清晰的逻辑思维，较强的学习能力，能够处理复杂的故障，快速解决问题;
• Good communication skill and team-work sprit are must. 良好的沟通及团队合作意愿
• Good English skill both in read and written 良好的英语读写能力
