YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Driving the Omni-channel strategies development and building up its impacts among organization.
  • Co-create new/ innovative business model with peer functions based on company strategic goals, build up working processand operation system that enable its implementation.
  • Exploring and formulae omni-channel strategies with deep insights of brand strategies and channel operations (e.g. portfolios optimization in omni-channels) Steering the strategies effective execution via close collaboration with different functions/ teams.
  • Steering Omni-channel strategies and improving its efficiency in omni-channel team.
  • Translate company strategies into mid/short-term omni-channel strategic plan and year-over-year action plan (which mainly includes pricing policy, framework of commercia policy, selection of distributors and its evaluation system, investment allocation principles. etc.).
  • Steering the omni-channel strategies implementation in effective manner by connecting all internal stakeholders.
  • Accountable for high-quality omni-channel innovation project development and execution by connecting advanced business operation concepts and management techniques internal andexternally.
  • Gain in-depth insight from project execution progress and outcomes. Initiate optimization proposal by regular retrospections
  • Initiate innovative program that enables the overall capability lift-up of business partners (e.g.distributor, retails, etc.), shape eco-system to support Bayer strategics implementation mid/long-term.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and commercial/ channel management in China
  • More than 10 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry and multinational companies are preferred.
  • Advance coordination skills that drive progress/ results agilely in fast changing environment.
  • Strong learning ability and cognitive transfer ability
  • Strategic thinking, consulting background is preferred.
  • Sounding records on cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Good interpersonal communication and influence skills
  • Strong self-motivation and business-oriented thinking
