Sr. Group Leader 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the activities of a group of production workers so that the team meets established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and yield targets; and quality standards.
• Operate all relevant machine, device, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Eliminate micro-stop immediately and ensure product quality in the control during repairment.
• Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign production tasks.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for the team or group so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems.
• Control production quality in production process; optimize production process and improve performance of equipment.
• Short-term assignment to fulfill the responsibility of supervisor.

WHO YOU ARE

• College, major in pharmacy, chemicals or mechanism.
• At least 7 years related working experience.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing related regulations, laws.
• Pharmaceutical technology
• GMP knowledge
• Management skills.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Good writing and reading English.
• Communication skills.
