Sr. Product Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting regularly with business partners for PS forecast and business review;
• Design independently and implement product strategy and activation plans with sales force and other internal functions in a timely and optimal manner in accordance with agreed milestones, standards and objectives;
• Manages and controls approved P&L budget;
• Build close relationships with external stakeholders (advocates, key opinion leaders, government officials, media and other professionals) to influence favorable opinions and to obtain updated feedback on effectiveness of marketing programs;
• Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer’s LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines andother company regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree and above with medical related majors
• Strong strategic initiative and new product launch experience is preferred
• More than 5 years in marketing and antidiabetic treatment area related experience is preferred
• Digital marketing related knowledge or consulting working experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and influence power
• Fluent spoken and written English is required
