Process Monitoring Intern 




The primary responsibilities of this role Intern Process Monitoring, are to:


  • Assist in the data download, data analysis and data verification from source systems (e.g. MES BASE, LIMS, SAP, OSI PI) to support the Continued Process Verification and cleaning monitoring programs;
  • Work cross functionally with other areas, such as MSAT and BD, to bring innovation and new technology into rFVIII production.
  • Evaluates feasibility of potential solutions to determine practicality, benefit, and cost impact;
  • Establishes priorities and schedule activities to ensure timelines and milestones are met;
  • Support development efforts for Process Monitoring Dashboard and additional automation projects for data analytical applications.





Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our life values, more specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:


Required qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in biology, biotechnology, engineering or related area;
  • 0-2 years of related process validation experience or equivalent experience in a regulated validation, pharmaceutical, and/or operations environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience working with R and/or Python to process and analyze data used to create data visualization tools;
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and cGMP regulations for pharmaceutical process validation procedures and practices highly desirable;
  • Understanding of the use of statistical methodologies, including statistical process control, trend charting, and use of western electric rules  highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in technical problem solving and decision making;
  • Ability to work with people of varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds;
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage data and schedules.
