YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide transparency on clinical study performance.
  • Deliver actionable reporting and analytics for CTFA and CD&O leadership.
  • Monitor study execution and ensure timely tracking of Bayer and satellite studies.
  • Identify performance deviations and highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive awareness and informed decision-making.
  • Support mitigation planning through recruitment forecasting and scenario modeling.
  • Generate insights and lessons learned from study outcomes and team performance.
  • Shape future reporting capabilities by translating business needs into analytics solutions.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
  • You bring extensive experience in data analytics and visualization, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and clinical development.
  • You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • You have hands-on experience with data processing and feature engineering using tools such as SQL, Python (pandas), or R (dplyr).
  • You possess a strong understanding of clinical development processes, commercialization, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH, GCP).
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • You demonstrate a proactive, accountable, and inclusive mindset, with a strong commitment to Bayer’s DSO behaviors and values.
  • You communicate effectively in English and build strong relationships across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
