Internship (all genders) Bayer Foundation (Science & Education) 

The Bayer Foundation is committed to science and social innovation by focusing on two strategic pillars: advancing science as the foundationfor societal progress and promoting social entrepreneurship as an enabler for sustainable change. In the area of social innovation, the BayerFoundation supports social enterprises with funding, empowers women through awards and mentoring programs, promotes entrepreneurialsolutions to societal problems, and fosters collaboration among stakeholders.

The promotion of science includes the recognition of scientific achievements through awards, scholarships and funding for scientificresearch, educational programs and the creation of ecosystems for collaboration with global partners.

YOUR TASKS AND FIELDS OF LEARNING

• Supporting the planning and implementation of the Bayer Foundation's scientific portfolio
• Further development of the operational performance of selected programs
• Independent preparation, analysis and documentation of different data sets as well as proactive implementation of own tasks
• Supporting communication activities with regard to relevant content

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student (all genders) in an economics or natural sciences degree program or another relevant field
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Quick comprehension and openness
• Passion for science and global sustainability goals
• Analytical and conceptual strength
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges
• Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of written and spoken German is an advantage

We offer you a part-time or full-time (20h - 37,5h) internship ideally from November / December 2025 for a period of 6 months.
