AI Solutions & Data Architecture Analyst

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the execution of Bayer's AI and Data strategy by designing the enterprise data architecture and enabling scalable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Partner closely with the AI & Digital Head to translate business priorities into AI-enabled solutions by ensuring data readiness, technology integration, intelligent automation, AI agents and scalable digital products that generate measurable business value.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from technical feasibility and architecture design to deployment, adoption and continuous optimization.
• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture.
• Ensure interoperability across business platforms and data sources.
• Lead enterprise data integration strategy.
• Define data standards, quality and governance.
• Lead AI use cases from concept to deployment.
• Translate business priorities into scalable AI solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with Business, IT and external partners.
• Ensure production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI Agents.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate Agentic AI capabilities.
• Promote reusable AI services.
• Drive Microsoft AI ecosystem adoption.
• Lead AI integrations and APIs.
• Recommend scalable technology architecture.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or related field.
• Master’s or certification in Data Science, AI/ML or Cloud Architecture (e.g., Azure AI/Data Engineer) a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in data architecture, AI/ML engineering or enterprise technology roles, ideally in pharma or regulated industries; hands-on experience designing and deploying production AI solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
