TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination among CFO departments at regional level and cooperation with other colleagues in the organization.
- Gather and consolidate business information to ensure the correct continuity of operations and alignment with the Corporate.
- Support the CFO initiatives and lead cross-functional projects on regional level.
- Set-up, coordinate and implement CFO projects, keeping the CFO up- to-date and involved in the most relevant activities.
- Support business responsibilities and appointments in terms of content, presentations, and background information.
- Analyze and manage highly sensitive and confidential executive information, summarizing and channeling it correctly, ensuring appropriate actions and communication to the relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively develop and prepare high level strategic presentations, communication, financial overviews, reports, decision briefings and background information.
- Support and execute the communications and people strategy of the CFO functions.
- Manage internal communications within regional CFO team and towards stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks such as coordination of meetings, workshops, activities, travel, and logistic arrangements.
- Be a strategic partner for the CFO in North Latam.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Working experience in administrative and business support.
- English and Spanish proficiency both written and spoken.
- Finance acumen and skilled in budget tracking, financial analysis, and administrative systems.
- Excellent project and team management capabilities.
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and social competence.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders
- Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Strong digital and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating systems.
- Strong proactivity, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to build trust.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to manage complex tasks in dynamic environments.
- Drive, tenacity, confidentiality, and credibility in results and deliverables.

As the position has scope North Latam, it can be based in Mexico City or in Bogota.
