Job Description:

Coordinate initiatives and projects for the Pharma Division Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and act as a liaison between CDH, chapter heads, PTs, and CTs in order to improve business performance, gain alignment across the sub-region, and ensure the team gets quality information to support the decision-making process. Identify new projects and initiatives to increase productivity, innovation, or talent development, and set up missions to deliver quick improvements. In addition, provide administrative support to CDH, organizing meetings, travel, managing team calendar, and other operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pharma business management initiatives, projects, financial, sales and marketing, and general management projects.
  • Set up, coordinate, and implement Pharma meetings and projects, keeping the CDH up-to-date and involved in the most relevant activities.
  • Support in general business responsibilities and appointments in terms of content, presentations, and background information.
  • Propose and implement KPIs to follow up on the business and identify improvement and acceleration opportunities.
  • Support the CDH to manage the variety of responsibilities and appointments in terms of content, political/strategic framework, and background information, business, sales, market performance, and financial accurate information.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential executive information, analyzing, summarizing, and channeling it appropriately, ensuring appropriate actions and communication to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the LatAm team and other key functions.
  • Proactively develop and prepare high-level strategic presentations, communication including speeches, keynotes, memos, financial overviews, reports, decision briefings, and background information.

Success Metrics:

The success of this position is measured by the acceleration of the team’s agenda toward its goals, the timeliness and soundness of the relevant information, and reaching alignment within the PH ELT and with the LatAm team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, STEM, or related areas. MBA desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior Marketing/Sales/Administrative experience.
  • Interpersonal and strategic skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding or ability to understand the complex Pharma landscape.
  • Drive and tenacity, self-management, and motivation to deliver above expectations.
  • Ability to lead/manage/influence diverse teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
