TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Share leadership and accountability for the financial achievement of the ambition of Chapter products across clusters.
- Informal leadership of the sales team in clusters to achieve the result.
- Anticipate future scenarios that allow high-impact strategies to be proposed in 90 days implementation cycles.
- To understand individually and through others the needs of customers, insurers and patients.
- Integrate internal perspectives and be a promoter of co-creation with customers that allows us to formulate value propositions that help businesses in their different phases of the life cycle, being a fundamental promoter of shared collaboration.
- Be a catalyst to create and promote the necessary tools from the business (plans, materials, business models, etc.) to achieve the results.
- Ensure the adequate and balanced flow of resources and level of prioritization towards the clusters, also being an active promoter of questioning and challenging those activities that do not add value to us.
- Collaborate in the construction of a capability cluster for these markets in conjunction with Chapter Head.
- Ensures that the sales force team has the best tools it needs, being a self-managed and self-directed actor (operational and financial).
- To be a trigger for the transformation, innovation and implementation of new operating and management models in the countries in conjunction with the CF team.
- Co-responsible for the management of P&I in clusters.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, sales, health or similar.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry of more than 5 years Desirable experience in the management of health systems in core markets (Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala and CR) mainly, as well as bidding processes.
- Previous experience in handling highly specialized products.
- Previous Marketing Experience Previous experience in direct or indirect leadership positions Capabilities: Strategic Thinking Anticipation of future trends and scenarios.
- Intermediate English level.
- Strong prioritization component.
- Working in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong result orientation.
