Customer Interaction Representative CZ&SK (Slovakia) 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Effective interactions with customers to ensure business needs are fulfilled and sales targets are met in partnership with the Commercial organization
  • Interaction with customers (directly and via sales team members)
  • Managing the service relationship, acting as primary contact for assigned customers
  • Providing the necessary knowledge of the region’s supply needs
  • Decisions making support to optimize orders and product deliveries
  • Providing information on orders, supply availability, timing, updates on products, programs, etc.
  • Responsibility for the annual settlement of Distributors, preparation and analysis of data - CP, Gly
  • Settlement of annual OSR and Corn campaign (vouchers program)

 

 

You are:

 

  • BS/BA in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Administration
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tools, e.g. SAP, ERP, SalesForce  
  • Advanced MS applications user (advanced Microsoft Excel)
  • Knowledge and understanding of import/export regulations between the countries in the country group
  • Slovak or Czech language on Native Speaker level (C2) - mandatory
  • English language on B2 level - fluent 
  • Customer focused, results oriented, communicative, collaborative, agile
  • Focused on relationship building and problem solving
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and building relationships via phone
