Customer Value Partner (Slovakia) 

 

Job purpose:

 

As a Customer Value Partner you will be the primary point of contact for doctors, focusing on building long-term relationships and offering tailored solutions that directly address their needs and the needs of their patients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that patient outcomes are at the heart of every interaction. By working autonomously and collaboratively, you will contribute to Bayer’s growth and impact in line with DSO principles and the company vision of being Inspired by Customers, Pioneering for Impact, and Delivering on Growth

 

What you do:

 

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions that improve patient care
  • Provide expert knowledge of Bayer’s products and how they address specific patient needs. Facilitate product adoption through impactful conversations, focusing on the clinical benefits and patient outcomes
  • Take full responsibility for your designated territory (Central and Eastern Slovakia), managing accounts as though they were your own business. This includes planning customer interactions, implementing strategies, and driving results autonomously
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes for your activities, monitor progress regularly, and verify results to ensure alignment with the desired impact. Use these outcomes to guide decisions and continuously improve performance, particularly in the context of patient care and business results
  • Collaborate efficiently within Customer Teams to develop and achieve these outcomes, ensuring that the approach is aligned with the principles of Dynamic Share Ownership (DSO). Work closely with team members to create synergies that contribute to the broader company strategy and patient-centric goals
  • Use data and analytics to guide your customer interactions, adjust strategies, and ensure you’re making decisions that have a measurable impact on patient outcomes and business growth
  • Stay current with the latest trends, product developments, and digital tools
  • Continuously upskill to improve your customer engagement techniques and product knowledge
  • Area: Eastern and Central Slovakia

 

Who you are:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in medicine, natural sciences or pharmacology prefferable with very good English language (B2 level and above)
  • You have a deep understanding of doctors’ needs, providing tailored and impactful solutions 
  • Results-Oriented person with strong focus on achieving positive patient outcomes and meeting business goals
  • Able to use analytics to inform your decisions and continuously improve your performance
  • Able to cooperate and engage with internal teams to align your strategies with broader business objectives
  • Eager to continuously learn and adjust strategies in an ever-changing healthcare landscape (certification)
