OnePSS, Data & QMS Coordinator 

 
   
   

Main Purpose

 

  • Implement and maintain OnePSS production system.
  • Ensuring data integrity and compiling of reports. Implementation of early warning system of deteriorating trends.
  • Administrate and update Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards and regulations. 

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

OnePSS Responsibilities:

 

  • Re-establishing OnePSS system, TRACC reporting and TIER meetings
  • KPI reporting as per input from relevant managers
  • Driving Brits site to a level 3 maturity within 18 months
  • Identification and implementation management of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Site expert on TRACC and OnePSS methodologies
  • Develop and review site key performance indicators that provide a clear tracking system on manufacturing performance and drive action.

 

 

QMS Responsibilities:

 

  • Administration and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
  • Review all QMS documentation to ensure relevant managers are up to date and standard.
  • Report on CAPAs ensuring they are actioned, tracked and closed out as per the defined period by responsible managers
  • Lead the scheduling and management of the required management review meetings.
  • Updating and management of controlled documentation on system.
  • Monthly reporting (recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information).
  • Lead and collaborate in internal and external audits. Reporting and tracking on audit findings.
  • Reporting on non-conformances, root cause analysis statuses and corrective action implementation tracking

 

 

Data Custodian Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement reliable data recording systems and ensure integrity of data
  • Provide data management technical expertise & support, as needed, in solving critical business issues
  • Consolidate, Monitor and Communicate to leadership statistical indicators to support data compliance and reliability
  • Support KPIs build up and follow up with action plans to team members
  • Support Foundation Team with Data visualization and -tools
  • Develop data management systems to ensure proper data QC processes and data integrity
  • Provide guidelines for database audit process and compliance
  • Actively participate on cross-regional teams and initiatives to leverage global data and knowledge, build consistent data processes, and leverage global information
  • Statistical analysis of data
  • In-season tracking and post season comparison on performance metrics

 

 

HSE Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow Safety operations procedures​​.
  • Report all accidents or incidents immediately​​.
  • Participate in identifying hazards​​.
  • Participate in Tier meetings and monthly Health and Safety Meetings​​.
  • Participate in all required HSE trainings and educations​​.
  • Participate in all emergency drills.

  • Pre-commercial planner​​

 

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

 

  • Extensive knowledge on data management and analysis
  • Expert in statistical software. Preference will be given to Minitab, R, SPSS or Matlab experience.
  • Expert user level in Excel and Access
  • Advantageous to have experience in programming software Python, with NumPy and Pandas
  • At least 4 years experience in manufacturing or seed agricultural industry.
  • Quality Management related training or experience will be beneficial.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Exposure and experience with OnePSS and reporting in TRACC will be advantageous
  • Additional experience in Predictive Analytics, Modelling, and Simulation
  • MSc. in Data Sciences or related Agricultural discipline with 5+ years’ experience Agronomy/Plant Science; or BSc/MSc in Agronomy/Plant Science with strong data analytics aptitude
