Clinical Expert Radiology
Your Taks and Responsibilities:
The position holder will support the Radiology Team by:
- Providing training to first-time users of Bayer-made medical devices (e.g., contrast agent injectors) and software activated on devices in cluster countries.
- Demonstrating general and specific clinical applications of devices, paying particular attention to the specific needs of clients/users.
- Co-creating clinical support (data generation) programs with users, including:
- Need/opportunity assessment
- Data collection and evaluation before and after changes introduced
- Product training and ongoing support (on-site and remote)
- Support for publication preparation
- Integrating the CT portfolio into a unified clinical support function to enable Bayer product users to achieve better outcomes and more efficient operations, thereby improving customer satisfaction (e.g., better/constant image quality using less contrast agent).
- Providing partners with information on Bayer's newer solutions, products, and their clinical benefits.
- Offering technical support to the sales team in cluster countries to develop customer propositions.
- Supporting customers/users in introducing compliant medical device applications.
- Providing product training (Level I, II, III) to the sales team and ad hoc support and advice as required.
The position holder will also contribute to the planning and implementation of advanced marketing programs involving medical, marketing, and clinical aspects, resulting in a stronger market position for Bayer medical device products in cluster countries.
Who you are:
- Education: BSc Degree in Healthcare, specialized as a Radiographer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical medical imaging as a radiographer.
- Work experience with routine and advanced CT protocols.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a personable demeanor and advanced presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and to develop internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to utilize medical literature when working with customers.
- Self-organized and capable of planning own work schedules.
- Driving license (type B).
