Digital Specialist
We are seeking a Digital Specialist to support the adoption and activation of Climate FieldView. If you are passionate about digital transformation in agriculture and enjoy working closely with farmers, dealers, and cross-functional teams – we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Digital Specialist, you will:
- D rive user activation and engagement for Climate FieldView across your territory.
- Lead and execute the annual business planning process, aligning with the Digital Business Manager.
- Achieve goals related to hectare penetration, farmer adoption, retention, and platform engagement.
- Enable seamless integration of FieldView with Bayer Seed and Crop Protection solutions.
- Work with the EMEA Business Operations Team and CAMs to ensure tool availability and customer readiness.
- Deliver the best possible onboarding-to-engagement experience for farmers on the FieldView platform.
- Partner with Bayer Commercial teams to support regional account activation strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with sales organizations and dealers, positioning them as FieldView advocates.
- Represent the Climate product portfolio with expert-level knowledge.
- Serve as a Precision Farming expert in your region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to hand over and support activation-ready leads effectively.
Who you are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agri-Business, Ag-Economics, Agronomy, Ag-Sciences or a related field with 5+ years of experience (OR 10+ years of relevant experience with no degree).
- Expertise in precision agriculture technologies, such as OEM Monitors, ISOBUS, and agricultural equipment.
- Solid understanding of the agricultural supply chain, customer segments, and Bayer’s product portfolio.
- Proven experience in developing and training channel partners (retailers, dealers).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in leading groups of various sizes.
- Strong capability in value-based selling and articulating market-differentiating propositions.
