Field Service Engineer (Radiology) 

Job Purpose 

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service Medical Devices Radiology team. In this role, you will provide field service support by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting/repair and installation of Bayer Injector Systems and other Bayer Products within a defined service territory. Also you will process support documentation for field service work and maintain and control the Service inventory and tools and provide customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers and establish Virtual Care Connections in cooperation with hospitals IT departments.

Tour tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for control and maintenance of assigned Service inventory and tools to get work done effectively, with efficient inventory control, and FSR/CRM completion
• Planing/scheduling and performing on site Service support as required or needed, which includes installation, preventive maintenance, servicing and repair of all MEDRAD products at customer sites in defined territory
• Contributing to the national service revenue objective by generating revenue from service activities and service contracts
• Sharing best practice across Radiology regions by collaborating with the other Field Service Engineers and KAMs
• Completing properly and submiting in a timely manner all required administrative documentation, including maintenance and update of customers’ detailed information and equipment locations on company database.
• Consulting & coordinating device and IT sales projects during pre- installation/installation time-period within Bayer’s Connectivity Project

Who you are:

• Strong technical background and experience as a Service Engineer within Radiology - min. 1 year 
• IT Networking knowledge, strong Microsoft Office Applications and other Software 
• Good electro-mechanical and hand-tool skills, and a thorough knowledge of analog and digital electronics. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals and related documentation
• Customer focused, Patient well being oriented and a Team player person
• High mission performance oriented and adaptive, willing to help and provide care when needed
• You can collaborate in Cross-functional teamwork, are detail-oriented, effective in planning/organising/executin and able to prioritise tasks
• Eager to learn - as we will support you in your development journey by high quality trainings and mentoring
• Have willingness to stay overnight and support other territories, if needed
• Have full driving licence: B category

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 10,880 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
