This opportunity works with the internal marketing portfolio leads to drive aligned strategies and strives to make:

- provide leadership and coaching within Customer Enablement Marketing Community to support collaborative, cohesive and well-supported customer obsessed teams.

What you will do:
- Provide leadership and coaching focused on the Customer Enablement Marketing (CEM) community to support collaborative, cohesive and well‑supported customer‑obsessed GTM teams.
- Provide enterprise-wide oversight and coaching of GTM strategy development by the Marketing Portfolio Lead Business Owners, working in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deliver plans that drive topline growth and profitability.
- Focus on product positioning, pricing, channel mix and launch timing
- Optimize product mix, volume and marketing investment focused on maximizing margin, ROI and inventory flow across seasons and regions.
- Steward core sales and marketing systems and tools
- Represent CEM to commercial teams focused on embedding customer‑centric capabilities and ensuring squads leverage CEM resources effectively during execution.
- Translate market and customer insights into activation focused on segment‑level targeting, offer design and prioritization to improve conversion and retention.
- Collaborate on demand and supply planning focused on aligning marketing activity with inventory availability and field capacity to minimize stockouts and maximize sell‑through.
- Own GTM performance measurement focused on KPIs, dashboards and post‑launch reviews that inform resource reallocation and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross‑functional governance and escalation focused on resolving trade‑offs between commercial objectives, supply constraints and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Rebate Fulfillment, and Legal.
Who you are:
- MBA/B.A / B.S in Business, Marketing or Agriculture or related discipline (advanced degree an asset)
- 10/+ years of industry experience combined with solid technical knowledge of Bayer Crop Science and competitor products
- Sound understanding of business principles, financial systems and effective leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability to build respect and trust
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to overcome objections or resistance and identify mutually agreeable solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information while balancing the needs and priorities of various stakeholders
- Extensive computer skills to effectively use MS Office software package, and other software (SAP, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams while supporting multiple priorities and deadlines

The base salary range for this role is between $131,000 and $196,000. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.
This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. If performance-based compensation is earned, the total compensation package may provide an opportunity to earn a Total Direct Compensation (TDC) range of $190,200to $240,200. This TDC would include base salary and may also include items like bonuses (short-term and long-term incentives) and sales incentives. The estimated TDC range estimates performance-based compensation earned at 100% of target; however actual amounts may fluctuate below or above the TDC range based on company and/or individual performance.
This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market data and the applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
